Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for items with verified quality issues within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original packaging. Proof of defect (such as photos or videos) may be required for evaluation.

Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any items. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

 

For approved returns:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Dry Eye Startup is not responsible for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

 

We will process your return request within 48 hours. Once approved, customers must ship the item back to us.

 

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.

 

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, defective products are eligible for repair service only and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

If the device is out of warranty, we will charge a reasonable fee for spare parts or arrange pickup for repair and return shipping at the customer's expense.

 

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge before processing or shipment.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dryeyestartup.com.

Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy above.
